This is a wonderful resource. The information is presented in a clear, well-organized manner, with many examples to reference. Sentence types and functions are reviewed, and there is also a discussion of the acquisition and order of complex sentences. This can be used as a guide when interpreting language samples, as well as when planning treatment. Thank you for your time and effort in creating this presentation!

I was looking for information on sentence types as I was writing a recent speech language report and came across this wonderful resource. A nice review for me as I have been out of school a long time. Thank you for putting together !

This is a very comprehensive presentation on the types of complex sentences children use even at very early ages (3-5 yrs.).

    What I like:
    1. description of types of sentences (takes me back to Grammar 101)
    2. Language acquisition of PK students with detailed descriptions of the types of complex sentences a child uses at ages 3, 4, 5 all in one presentation. No need to go back to your grad school language acquisition book as a reference.
    3. extensive review of infinitives

this presentation can be used for additional information to support your assessments as well as a great guideline when creating a treatment plan.
I will definitely be using it in the future!
